Eagle Panel Roof Systems

With the help of Eagle Panel, we offer a method to quickly finish off your log shell with roof panels applied directly to the rafters or purlins, combining an interior finish of Eastern White Pine Tongue & Groove, expanded polystyrene insulation, structural members (if required) and exterior sheathing, all in one step. With Eagle Panels coming in lengths up to 28' long and in thicknesses of up to 12 9/16" with the option of two rafters laminated inside the panels, Eagle Panel can cover just about any span and loading conditions, even in the most extreme climates.

Eagle Panel also manufactures stress skin wall panels for the gable ends that provide exterior sheathing, insulation, studs (if required) and interior sheathing to continue the exceptional thermal efficiency found in the roof panels to the walls as well. Some people prefer to build an insulated log home using our structural insulated panels with an exterior of log siding that will provide you with a home that cannot be distinguisd from a log home with superior thermal performance and no settling or shrinkage to take into consideration.
