Kodiak Log Homes - Panorama Plan

The Panorama:
This 36'x40' log home features 3 bedrooms, a den/office, 3 bathrooms, a large, open country kitchen/dining/living area, and a 2-bay carport. The exposed log floor joists, ridge pole, and purlins create a dramatic effect on the ceiling area of every room of this home.

Kodiak Log Homes - Sheridan Plan

The Sheridan:
This plan sports one of the most appealing roof designs of all the stock plans that we offer. The large half-loft is devoted to the master suite, with the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry/utility/mud room below it. The great room is aptly named, as it is absolutely huge! A full 38'x32' of the 68'x32' size of this home is devoted to the huge living area. Plenty of log joists and roof beams accent the ceiling surface areas, with additional beams crossing over the massive great room as visual features. A covered veranda surrounds the home on 3 sides, giving you plenty of sheltered outdoor space.

Kodiak Log Homes - Kodiak Plan

The Kodiak:
With a footprint of 94'x46', our signature plan offers all the comforts of modern executive living. A three bay garage, dual offices and the master suite are conveniently located on the main floor, while the upstairs boasts a large view loft with its own balcony, 6 bedrooms, offices or playroom spaces and 2 sectional bathrooms. The home is designed to allow for entire sections to be closed off, either to save on heating when not in use, or to act as sound control.
